To keep the CEO and CCO fully informed on the conditions of Business Unit and on all the important factors (Sales trends, opportunities, issues, threats) influencing it.
•Ensure technical and behavioral development of direct reports, as well as ensuring entire skill team is developing in line with the Company’s requirements and expectations.
•Maintain in-depth relationships with all members of the management team, providing effective counsel and leadership aligned to the South Region business and the mission, vision, and values of the Company.
•Sells products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
•Managing all Front-end Sales and Marketing activities involving to my area of responsibilities including prospecting, building-up customer relationship, opportunity development, offer submission, negotiation, support during order execution etc.
•Provide effective management to organization’s business activities that have to do with its strategic and financial growth.
•Create new strategies for marketing and monitoring QC and QA measures.
•Build effective relationship with the clients so as to maintain good revenue increase for the organization.
•Coordinate with concern teams like the marketing & others in order to develop plans for launching of new products, and then its implementations.
•Develop and communicate the expectation levels and vision of the company to members of unit This must of course be relevant to the company’s corporate vision and goals.
•Coordinate with other heads of departments, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth.
•Allocate resources to various centers and regions; all aimed at producing results Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as processing information and other administrative domains.
•Working cross-functionally with technical, product and sales teams on the day-to-day execution of analytics, projects and initiatives.
• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
• Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• To assist the Sales Director in revising and implementing the sales strategies & plans.
• To assist the Sales Director in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
•Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
•Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
•Ensure to meet monthly sales targets assigned by the company through franchise channel.
•Development of retail channel and to minimize the reliability on wholesalers.
•Ensure products availability and visibility through franchise teams.
•Maintaining good relationship between the company and franchises
•Providing key sales and distribution support to the franchise to aid in achieving franchise sales goals as well as regional goals
•Daily sales monitoring with sales team and franchises
•Involved in Area Management/Distribution
•Merchandising along with franchise Distribution officers/sales person on regular basis and their development
•Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses
•Review and analyze accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action
