Conduct Organization studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplifications and measurement studies, prepare operations and procedure manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Work Description
- Planning, Implementing, and Improving the Business process in the Divisions.
- Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to imporve operations.
-Monitor inventory control mechanisms and cost analysis.
- Assist the recruitment
- Analyses data gathered, develops information and considers available solutions or altrnate methods of proceeding, se goals and deadlines of the division/department
-conduct management meetings to ensue the smooth functioning of operation
- Involve, Motivate and facilitate team work.
- Streamline, strengthening, and standardizing a consistent and Exceptional Customer Service and Prompt delivery.
- General Follow up on Reports from Division Manaes and taking necessary actions.
- Conducting ISO Awareness Seminars, Technical Seminars, Customer satisfaction seminars.
- Conduct and attend Meetings, Presentations related to unit performance and Problem solving.
- Support the Q. A Manager to Develop and implement a Quality Management system in the Organization .
-Implementation of the Approved System procedures in the departments.
- Develop and implement organizational procedures which enable the organization, Management and staff to manage continues organization change and continual business improvement.
-Develop and implemement internal audit plans.
-Auditing the inter departments and suggest recommandations for improvement.
