People management:
▪ Follow up shop team through conducting meeting to discuss sales achievement vs. target and distribute role to reach objectives
▪ Staff Management (supervising, guide and support, motivation, conflict resolution, attendance, punctuality, customer service, Motivation, personal image)
▪ Train new and old team on how handle customers in addition to product knowledge in terms of features and benefits
▪ Assess team performance and do the required PDP (Personal Development Plan) and assure training implementation

Sales Management:
▪ Set targets for team daily, weekly and monthly
▪ Motivate team to achieve their individual and store targets, and determine top and low performers
▪ Support all marketing activities
▪ Providing the necessary financial reports to the Accounting Department

Customers Services:
▪ Providing the best customer service to all customers in accordance with Company Policy and procedure
▪ Clienteling
▪ Customer control (feedback, complaints, suggestions) and handle customer complaints
▪ Develop, implement & improve Customer service standards

Stock & Inventory:
▪ Ensure appropriate stocks of products are available
▪ Conduct inventory of products as per standards and ensure accuracy
▪ Ensure all transfers in and out are accurately recorded as per policy
▪ Ensure stock safety ( cabinets and stockrooms)

Product and visual merchandising:
▪ Monitoring and coordinating of ordering, receiving, stocking, inventory control, visual merchandising and selling all shop merchandise
▪ Product reporting and stock control (sold, on hand, available in the w/house)
▪ Ensure windows displays, shop graphics and POS materials as per guidelines
▪ Stockroom and Warehouse organization control

Shop Administration:
▪ Ensure all policies and procedures are followed properly
▪ Ensure all financial and baking work is completed accurately
▪ Ensure cleanliness, safety and security of store is given high importance
▪ Formulate/Assist pricing policies on merchandising according to requirements for profitability of retail operations
▪ Assist in monitoring sales performance, through the analysis of sales reports and comparison shopping. Assist in adjusting strategies

CUSTOMERS
Providing the best customer service to all customers in accordance with Company Policy and procedure
Customer control (feedback, complaints, suggestions)

Resolve complaints and problems as they arise from customers and employees



MERCHANDISE
Monitoring and coordinating of ordering, receiving, stocking, inventory control, visual merchandising and selling all shop merchandise
Product reporting and stock control (sold, on hand, available in the w/house)
Replacing and organizing garments on the Shop floor and in Stockroom
Monitoring Window dressing, new collection organizing in different shops
Stockroom and Warehouse organization control
Plan/Coordinate sales promotion activities and prepare or direct workers preparing merchandise displays
CASH MANAGEMENT
Supervising of daily sales cash, petty cash
Operating, supervising users on, and troubleshooting the POS system
Monitoring Banking the daily sales cash to the designated bank and/or with the Accounting Department
Providing the necessary financial reports to the Accounting Department
Monitoring Cash flows participate in Annual Budgeting/Sales plans
EMPLOYEE
Staff Management (supervising, guide and support, motivation, conflict resolution)
Staff control (attendance, punctuality, customer service, Motivation, personal image)
Training new and develop all shop retail associates
Recruit, train, develop and communicate with all staff as well as assess performance on a regular basis.
Plan and assign yearly/monthly goals, tasks and assignments. Assure proper completion through follow-up
Ensure compliance of established procedures, practices, sales and security from every Employee Manual.
ADMINISTRATION
Formulate/Assist pricing policies on merchandising according to requirements for profitability of retail operations
Assist in monitoring sales performance, through the analysis of sales reports and comparison shopping. Assist in adjusting strategies
Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
Management of all office tasks including management of funds and media, receiving, inventory and payroll.
Maintenance, cleaning and lighting control
Performing all extra works that might be required for the shop
Overall responsibility for the Assets of the company.
