✓ Manage the selection process, including requisition management, development of position
descriptions and recruitment strategy, candidate selection, reference and background checks,
salary negotiations, prepare job offers and employment agreements and the facilitation of the onboarding process.
✓ Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure a complete understanding
of the job requirements, candidate matches, and the qualifications needed to fill the role. Use
findings to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches.
✓ Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality global recruitment, interviewing, selection, and
strategic onboarding processes. Build the skills and commitment of hiring managers to follow best
practices in all stages of the talent acquisition life cycle.
✓ Develop written recruiting protocols and procedures, lead staff training on recruitment procedures,
streamline company-wide recruitment processes, and brainstorming on improvement of staffing
and recruitment proposal writing.
✓ Manage the Applicant Tracking Systems
✓ Assist senior technical staff in determining finalist candidates, based on the skill set of the shortlisted candidates against proposal positions/requirements and assessment of the overall proposed
team
✓ MIS Reports - Preparing weekly reports - HR Monthly reports, HR Dashboard (Emiratization,
Turnover, Recruitment…)
✓ Talent Acquisition - Manage and facilitate the end-to-end recruitment of Management & Executive positions in & around entire Eagle Hills group including : Headhunting, Job Postings, Employee Referrals, Web base search final selection & induction through directly sourced candidates
✓ Prepare the annual recruitment budget, monitor actual expenditure against budget
✓ Develop, implement & manage all HR policies & procedures (Employee Hand Book, Induction Manual & Travel Policy Manual).
✓ Performance Management & Training - Monthly Check-ins, Mid-Year & Year-End evaluation of all employees and completing necessary formalities of core competencies and professional practice evaluation
✓ Conduct the Onboarding process for all new joiners including the induction, the buddy program & the employee journey (3, 6 and 9 months checks in)
✓ MIS Reports - Preparing month end reports - HR Monthly reports, HR Dashboard
✓ Establish and proceed with the 3 years forecast and recruitment plan Morocco
✓ Design and develop Job descriptions for 60+ roles in coordination with the departmental heads ✓ Implement Success Factors (SAP) for Performance Management & Recruitment Module ✓ HR Policy Implementation & Administration - Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity
✓ Liaise with relevant local government and other bodies as necessary to ensure HR procedures and practices comply with all local regulations
