Heading the project execution and planning team and looking after planning & Execution for SITC of Central & Packaged Air conditioning systems, Wet type sprinkler and hydrant system, FDA and IBMS System and plumbing in Projects.
Supervising the overall Mechanical and related electrical jobs (HVAC with 4 x 281 TR Screw Chillers and 40 nos. of AHU), Fire Fighting (Hydrant and automatic sprinkler system), 2 X 2200 KVA DG set, 11 Nos. 1.0 Metre speed passenger elevators Pneumatic chute system etc.) erection activities which include job planning, scheduling and quality checking along with scrutinizing and certifying Vendor Bills. Job also includes co-ordination with other disciplines (Civil, Electricals, Architects), checking of vendor submitted drawings for design and site related issues and also the approved drawing (including RCP drawing, combined layout drawing etc.) to check with the site condition, commissioning and taking over the system on behalf of client
Looking after planning & Execution for Erection, Commissioning & Service of Central & Packaged Air conditioning systems in Bhubaneswar, Orissa in notable projects like Ginger Hotel (both kitchen and toilet ventilation and Air-conditioning with duct able split units), Net hawk Network Power (duct able split unit), at Dhenkanol, Odisha in BSSL (12 x 193 TR Screw Chilled water system), at Jamshedpur in notable projects like G-Blast Furnace, TISCO (4 x 281 TR Screw chilled water system), Sintering Plant-3, TISCO (4 x 281 TR Screw chilled water system and separate chilled drinking water system with total drinking water pipe line), and many other installations of both air and water cooled reciprocating chilled water plants, packaged units, duct able split units etc.
Supervising and heading the over service & project operation in Bihar & Jharkhand and Haldia in West Bengal with notable projects being erection and Operation and maintenance of 46 nos. Precision Air Handling Units along with all related ducting and chilled water piping at CRM-TISCO, Jamshedpur, 12 x 15 TR Water Cooled Precision packaged Air conditioning system at TATA Power, Jamshedpur, Precision packaged Air conditioning system for all IS and MCN of Reliance Telecom all over Bihar and Jharkhand and 12 x 15 TR Precision Air Handling Units with all related ducting and chilled water piping at South Asia Petrochemicals Limited at Haldia, West Bengal.
Handling the installation, commissioning & servicing of Central & packaged air conditioning systems which including process cooling system & drinking Water Plants and having reciprocating, centrifugal, Scroll & Screw Chillers in notable projects like TATA Cummins (4 x 350 TR Centrifugal chillers), CRM-TISCO (4 X 400 TR Screw Chillers), Hukumchand Jute And Industries (Shadol, M.P.)(3 X 120 TR Chlorine Liquefaction plant) and many installations of both air and water cooled packaged units, duct able split units etc.
Handling the installation, Commissioning, Operation & maintenance of ‘Hatebur’ make press forging machine, pumps, compressors, cooling Towers etc.
