as a general manager i am responsible of all company departments such as finance, technical, marketing and sale, human resources, ware houses etc iam the thinking and the guding head of all the business

i was responsible to the management and technical issues regarding mechanical - electrical . civil, including installation and erection of new wood cutting machines, sharpeners, instruments, and development of engineering works for market competency of the product and managing all personnel involved in the process

as a transport manager i am responsible to avail transportation of mud / row water / diesel, fresh water, cement and deliver it to the rigs of Aramco oil company, i have to insure that the trucks are working in the best condition, that the materials are delivered as per the agreed schedule, i have to prepare the way bills, the cost sheets and work through computerized systems, i have to receive the site formans complains and give solutions, i have to schedule the maintenance in away that will not hinder the over all operation, i have to supervise the dispatchers and carry regular visits to the rigs and sites

as an equipment manager i am responsible for the over all maintenance and repair, am also responsible to find projects and contracts to these equipments, i am also responsible to make profit and to minimize the cost of operation, i am responsible to meet the contractors and select the the suitable equipments and help their work and give technical advises to my employer this in addition to the classical managerial work

as an executive manager i am responsible for the design ov steel buildings, i am also responsible of the factory that fabricates these steel buildings, i am responsible for the sale departments in the sense that i am finding the customers and evaluate the cost of the buildings according to the design that was already made and finally make the contracts and mode of payments

i am a fleet manager responsible of the maintenance and repairs of all trucks and cars i am responsible for annual maintenance budget of maintenance and repairs, responsible of the transportation and logistics and Watson water projects, plus administration duties

i worked as a mechanical and project engineer responsible for projects such as workshops constructions, some civil projects, fencing's projects, asphalting, military projects, i am also responsible for the heavy equipments supervision i am responsible to prepare contracts documents and put the specifications, assess the bid cost and supervise the contractors till the the completion of projects and then prepare the payments requests also i am required to work on researches provided by the ministry

i was responsible for the maintenance and repairs of heavy equipments for earth moving, i was responsible for the ware house and logistics

i was a chief engineer responsible for the maintenance add repair of the cooling systems, auto / electric / carpentry workshops, and utilities and facilities of the factory

as a work shop manager in a patching plant i was responsible of the maintenance and repairs of the two patching plants and the trucks like concrete pumps and concrete mixers, dump trucks and the loaders and also responsible for purchasing of spare parts and materials and and work as per ISO standards for preparing preventive maintenance schedules and programming i am also responsible of store and also do the repairs on the sites
