1- Attending weekly & monthly credit meetings.
2- Preparing market share analysis and competitive
landscape presentation and reporting it to the sales
director.
3- Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by
the sales manager, and in association with the
contracted banqueting caterers; including strategies
for encouraging repeat businees and up-selling
4- Support in setting up monthly and annually budget.
5- Finding new opportunities and plan new strategies to
achieve the highest selling rates.
6- Following the upselling policy according to the market
conditions and reporting it to the financial
department.
7- Contracting bookings and raising invoices.
8- Co-ordinating all details for the client, including food
and beverage, AV equipment, themes, etc..
9- Promotion of our facilities to new and existing clients
through a pro-active approach.
10- Following up with all enquiries, preparing proposals
where necessary and soliciting travel agencies by
providing them with various and attractive offers.
11-Working to set dates for conventions or events with
clients.
12-Following up with clients in order to ensure a good
experience was had.
13-Using viral marketing techniques to drive new
business, by utilizing the emails captured through the
hotel's website and using social media networking
such as Facebook to gather new clients.
14-Ensure an effecient tracking system of all event paperwork.

and outgoing faxes and memorandums
