Manage all sales strategies and customer relationship activities by segments. This will include: sales & marketing plans to develop loyalty from existing clients and capture new opportunities focusing on long term direction and commercial value; provide reliable and updated management information that supports the business strategy, goals and objectives; build significant brand equity and knowledge of the organization, its hotels and facilities; develop account planning; accountable for targets, customer revenue, tracking results and profitability of all segments and customer retention; conduct competitor analysis to understand our product and position the hotel as differentiated.
Develop proposals in response to RFPs, work with other department heads and staff to coordinate account startup and transition service.
Improve hotel’s market position and achieve financial growth. Monitor and manage fully the main 3 segments of the hotel: the Contracts & Government Tenders segment which represents 18% of the business share, as well as Negotiated Corporate segment which represents 10% of the business share and Tour/IT Package segment which represents 50% of the business share.
Responsible for the overall management, development and assessment of the Business Development team; lead and coach them to pursue key prospects ensuring company values/vision; asses training needs to improve both individual and company’s effectiveness; ensure sales offers are well coordinated and aligned with the product. Interview and hire employees with the appropriate skills to meet the business needs; ensure property policies are administered fairly and consistently; set goals/targets and delegates tasks to improve departmental performance.
Monitor Conference & Banquets Department, create trainings, audit and enhance product knowledge for the team and Ensures employees receive on-going training to understand guest expectations.

Cultivate partnerships with new clients and consistently meeting the need of existing clients, focusing on top accounts with daily Sales Calls, conducting show around of the property, handling new leads/complaints and negotiating rates/contracts. Flawlessly execute programs that provide added value for customers and increase revenue and corporate profitability. Analyze the production of the accounts throughout the year and market segmentation, assisting for forecasting and budgeting.
Monitor the coverage of the property and competitors through all media channels and gathering feedback through market matrix, travel websites and competition check. Keep all departments update within their concerned subjects country and region and also attending all events and activities within the hotel. Maintain and check all company standards related to branding. Execute all communication and media activities

To manage the entire department, coordinate and supervise the team, establishing and implementing standards and 5 star service levels, daily involved to the events and in control of all expenses and controlling of the Department. Creation of the Banquets Manual.
04/2011 Staff Assistance to Rotana Area Sales Office Abu Dhabi & Al Ain - MICE Department selling all Rotana Properties in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain. Handled all request, prepared proposal & contracts, handle the groups until confirmation and handover to the hotels.
08/2010 - Staff Assistance to Yas Island Rotana for Banquets Department . To manage the entire department, coordinate and supervise the team, establishing and implementing standards and 4 star service levels, daily involved to the events and in control of all expenses and controlling of the Department. Creation of the Banquets Manual.
