The Baku Operation works in integrated teams with Senior BP Personnel on Engineering Construction Management Systems & Operations Engineering Support Projects. Project deliverables to recruit some 200 new hires & improve current recruitment process is on target, with 130 confirmed hires Y2D for CAT B & C projects; an increase of over 50% on previous year.
Hired to carry out similar recruitment analysis, train local staff in recruitment global best practices, as those undertaken in ADCO (see details CV). In addition, also custom designing Recruitment Tracking and Mobilization System for vastly improved efficiency in data input, management, tracking and reporting metrics. System is being further developed to encompass the entire recruitment work flow, including complex mobilization data tracking. Proven track record in streamlining recruitment practices and substantially reducing sourcing costs.
