• Ensure interior designs finishes and FF&E selections are feasible, practical, and appropriate to the project, meet the end-user needs and are cost effective.
• Analyze and evaluate vendor quotations and recommend award of contracts.
• Specifying the project requirement through Material BID Packages, Checklist, Cut Sheet
• Carry out checks on existing Architectural, Interior Design and FF&E drawings to ensure they are correct and no discrepancies exist and notify Head Designer accordingly
• Review and comment on Consultant's concept/ design working drawings, specifications and submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Develop Exterior and Interior Design Concept thru 3D visualization
• Recommend changes and Provide value Engineering finishes as per client request.
• Creating Facades and Interior design and highly detailed drawings using specialist computer -aided design (CAD) and Revit applications.
• Answers RFI’s, reviews and approves submittals and shop drawings in a timely manner.
• Research and gather information’s and photograph relating to the project
• Prepare detailed shop drawing for each component it should show plan view, elevation, sections, joints, dimensions, and materials used for each part of the component.

• Refurbishment of existing facilities, extensions, add-ons new buildings into bespoke project designs that fulfill the brief in functional, aesthetic and budgetary aspect.

• Producing sample in the form of board presentation and mood boards
• Sourcing products e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decorations for client presentation

• Coordinate between MEP (F&B Equipment’s) Architectural drawings

• Visit the site during work and prepares all related site visit reports.
• Lead and fully participate in FF& E project installation and snag list after end of the project
• Developing design concept in coordination with the interior Design Manager and in consultation with the client and establishing final brief.
• Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishing or equipment and color coordination
• Select materials and furniture according to set budget, estimate materials requirements and cost in coordination with the Design Manager
• Source and select products and materials including texture, finishes, light fittings, furniture and accessories and submit to client for material submittal approval.
• Prepare client presentation including professional visuals, material samples
• Actively participate in the meeting
• Coordinate with other professionals, such as Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Supplier, Subcontractor and Consultants to ensure job success.
• Prepare schematic plans, furniture plans, and reflected ceiling plans, flooring plans detailed drawings and 3d visualization
• Site visits to ensure the project is being implemented as per the approved drawings, coordination with the Site Engineer regarding quality control and project schedule

• Ensure the receipt of all drawings and documents from the Engineer’s and Consultants
• Ensuring the technical documentation is properly produced, reviewed, submitted in accordance with project specified requirements.
• Handling Self correspondence Technically as per site issues forwarding to concerned department incoming and outgoing as per Project Manager concern with regards to technical matter
• Prepares and send IOM’s, RFI, IR and Daily and Weekly report as per Site Engineer reports, Prepare Minutes of the Meeting
• Coordinate all materials and drawings submittals and related documentation
• Monitor approval status of submittals and send to subcontractors accordingly
• Ensuring that technical targets required by the client are attained
• Monitor site activities as per executed on site -
• Coordinate Meeting related to shop drawings, materials submittal and method of statement
• Updating Purchase order and follow-up material request which is already delivered on site.
Carefully receive, analyze, and encode floor plans of proposed projects, using 2D
auto-Cad programs.
* Create photorealistic 3D rendering so that client would be impressive & serve as
presentation.
* Evaluate product, make recommendations on changes or modifications
* Maintain project schedules and meet set dates
* Conducts daily activities such as Prospecting, Telephone Marketing, and Personal
Sales call
* Attends Public Bidding for Government Procurements.
* Able to maintain an average of monthly sales quota in the amount of Php
