Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach for a wide range of building materials, including Steel Rebar, Epoxy Steel Rebar, MDF, White wood, Marine Plywood, Commercial Plywood, Wire mesh.
Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, architects, and project managers. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Present and promote company products to potential customers through various channels, including site visits, meetings, presentations, and trade exhibitions.
Understand customer requirements, provide technical knowledge about the products, and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both the company and the customer.
Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers.
Track and analyze sales data, prepare sales reports, and provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and sales performance.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the company's CRM system.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and market developments to effectively communicate value propositions and differentiate company offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities, participate in trade shows, and provide input on marketing materials.

• Creating a budget plan for the promotion of products to be executed across various media platforms and getting it approved from the clients
• Following a strict schedule including various shift timings throughout the day
• Conducting workshops and seminars for the promotion of productions for the construction managers and other professionals involved in the construction industry
• Creating detailed sales reports and submitting them to the General Manager on a weekly basis.
