Kleindienst Group- Project Based since January 2023
I am currently working with Kleindienst Group on the Heart of Europe Island Project as Interior Designer and FF&E Specialist. My role covers but not limited to the below:
• Organizing meeting with the client to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Checking AutoCAD drawings and finalising design layouts.
• Leading the FF&E activities for projects such as luxury hotels’ lobbies and apartments and floating sea horse Villas.
• Specification of materials (i.e tiles, wood, furniture, lighting, curtains, etc…) and preparation of mood boards.
• Supporting the design team in specifying the convenient materials, furniture, and fixtures for various projects (Hotels, Lobby, Standard rooms, residential apartments, and villas).
• Coordinating with luxurious brand offices and showrooms (i.e Hermès, Bentley, Versace, Minotti, Cassina, etc…)
• Coordinating with contractors to ensure technical sheets are well understood and to resolve installation issues.
• Liaison with the procurement team to finalize orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinating with the suppliers to ensure enquiries and deliveries are in accordance with the projects’ requirements and milestones.
• Attending Board meetings, presenting work progress and FF&E projects options (PowerPoint and videos) for discussions and approvals.
• Organizing training to the design team and in coordination with the suppliers to spread knowledge and to ensure convenient materials are specified for each project.
Bo Design Atelier: since February 2021
I am working on residential interior projects that vary from living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, luxury hotel lobbies and hotel standard rooms and various spaces. I usually use AutoCAD 2D and 3D and 3Dmax. Most of my realized projects are published on my page on Instagram “Bo Design Atelier”.
• Meetings with clients to determine their requirements and providing Initial concepts for further discussions.
• Site visiting, assessing how the space will be used in accordance with the client’s needs.
• Creating Design concept for the required space taking into consideration the client requirements.
• Presenting the final design through detailed layouts, visuals and 3d rending.
• Supervision of the implementation and the project realization and ensuring clients satisfaction.
• Dedicated studies on how interior design techniques and smart solutions can enhance project’s sustainability level (material selections, natural lighting, ventilation, automation, etc…).
I was responsible for business development and client’s relationship management in Dubai and UAE. I coordinated regularly with architects and interior designer offices to ensure that potential projects in the Emirates are identified and explored. My role included but not limited to the following:
• Established the company plan to attract new clients by organizing various events like lunch and learn, showroom visit, preparation, and participation to related events.
• Maintained existing client relationship and ensure their complete satisfaction.
• Promoted Sensi’s products in Dubai including tiles, stones, sanitary wares, bathroom fittings, recomposed quartz, concrete panels and a variety of special material.
• Company’s interface for meeting Interior designers to understand their project requirements and advise and orient them to the best options that can be used.

• Managed a team of coordinators to ensure that our proposals are issued in a timely manner.

I was responsible to coordinate with designers and clients working on Residential Buildings, Business offices, Villas, Castles, Chalets, Penthouse in order to understand their project requirements and advise and orient them to the best options that can be used. I actively participated in assisting the company clients in realising all their internal design related aspects:
•Meetings with clients to determine their goals and the requirements for their projects.
•Site visiting, assessing how the space will be used in accordance with the client's taste.
•Sketched preliminary design plans, and Specified materials, wall finishes, flooring, lighting and furniture.
•Created conceptual Furniture layout and Photoshop presentation.
•Customization furniture, defining Style and dimensions and choosing from a vast selection of leathers and fabrics with various materials and finishes.
•Prepared official offers as per the selected items and the established plans.
•Organized meetings with clients and agreed on specific conditions like payment terms and delivery dates.
•Followed up the project realization and ensuring clients satisfaction.
