Strategic Planning: Contribute in setting the strategic annual plan for the HR Department in line with the mission & vision.

Budgeting: Identify and manage the HR operations budget estimates/expenditure in line with the HR function and Arabtec’s guiding principles.

Restructuring & Change Management: Support and advice the CEO in the restructuring & change management exercises in line with the overall corporate strategy, vision & mission.

Policies & Procedures: Review and enhance the human resources policies and procedures on annual basis, promoting efficient operations, innovative opportunities, and a fair rewards and benefits system.

Rewards and Benefits: Design, review and implement industry-applicable compensation schemes to ensure fair rewards and support our retention policy. Leading the Rewards and benefits team covering all rewards requests, yearly increment reviews and bonus schemes.

Talent Management & OD: lead and implement structured talent management and OD exercises in line with the corporate office, that include org structure review, identify high potentials and successors.
Formulate KPI’s across the business, build a competency framework and link it with the performance management results.

Operations & Employee Relations: Head the operations function; covering grievances, attendance, payroll, administrative tasks, and exit management.

Reporting & Analysis: Manage and create various reports for the department including HR demographics (i.e. dashboard), analyzing spans and layers, monitoring cost reduction exercises, identify data problems with recommended solutions. Present data trends into effective visual presentations for the business and leadership team.

HRIS: Lead the ongoing HR system transition into Oracle by ensuring its proper application to guarantee employee services and HR activities are automated wherever possible.

Emiratization: Support the Emiratization vision by contributing to its strategy, direction and implementation covering recruitment, training and employee relations. Participated as a public speaker and trainer in several conferences and workshops conducted by the Ministry for UAE nationals.
