Job Description
- Direct contact with social organizations and NGOs.
- Screening cVs
- Do all function related to HR
- Arrange the interviews schedule
- Call candidates to arrange the interviews
- First interviewing candidates if they match the selection criteria
- Attend the job fairs to collect the fit candidates
- Coordinate training process
- Processing hiring / Termination procedures and data entry for all new hiring.
- Maintains employees' files and records in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Follow-up on daily attendance of staff and Follow up on annual leaves.
- Follow-up and monitor the renewal of employment contract either after probation or upon termination.
- Prepares varies reports which may be requested by the labor office, social insurance office (Form 2, Disability record, Penalties record, etc
- Preparing the monthly payroll.
- Follow up insurance & Labor office.
Job Description :
• Entering vacation leaves on personnel system and finger print system for all staff
• Ensure registering disciplinary actions on official register and as well on computer system according to labor law
• Follow-up and monitor the renewal of employment contract either after probation or upon termination.
• Monitor the probation period of new employment contracts, or limited employment contracts before termination and do the necessary reporting in due time for his/her supervisor
• Dispatch and receives (Social Insurance Form 2) and check balances or payment of debts.
• Data entry for all new hiring
• Preparing the monthly payroll
• Follow up insurance & Labor office.
• Processing hiring / Termination procedures.
