Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering call, guest inquiry and handling guest complain.
Providing customers, a personalized, friendly and efficient cashiering service.
Taking payments from customers via cash, cheques and credit cards.
Responsible for the accurate and timely allocation of cash.
In charge of daily cashbook management and also bank reconciliations.
Banking a large volume of cheques and cash daily.
Identifying potential sales leads and referring them to colleagues.
Recording of monies received, paid out and Balancing cash in the till with receipts.
Helping to resolve customer complaints and Training new cashiers.
Sorting, counting, and wrapping currency and coins.
Compiling and maintaining monetary and also non-monetary reports and records.
Ensures that Quality & Quantity of work has been meet-based on Clients specification.
Responsible for encoding invoices/bills according to Specifications.
Review/Verify work before endorsing to the final process.
Quality check invoices/bills before the final process to production.
Dealing with complaints and handling them.
Responsible in answering phone calls from the customer overseas and local calls.
Entertaining visitors or to welcome the arriving guest.
Responsible for filing documents and organizing it
Provide assistance to the Client
Providing information service.
Answering Phone calls with good manner.
