• Maintaining customer ledgers and involved in day to day accounting operation - making invoices, preparation of outstanding statements, follow up & collection of payments.
• Attending all phone calls and visitors
• General correspondence with all the customers and suppliers. Checking the faxes and mails and distributing the concerned persons.
• Handling day to day correspondence, preparing quotations, maintaining filing system of the company by keeping all the documents record.
• Maintaining Front Office.
• Making staff salary and pay roll and prepare statement of accounts, petty cash expense etc.
