As a Training & Development Executive in the HR Department, the main roles are communicating with training providers to arrange the necessary and required training courses for the company staff, following up the compulsory certifications and trainings that being imposed by the regulator, reviewing and developing the company's policies and procedures. In addition to my role, I participate with Marketing Department to design some leaflets and sharing ideas for social media.
I was working as a Customer Service Executive in the Medical Underwriting Department, the main roles were issuing quotations for corporate customers, following up the renewal of existing customers’ policies, developing underwriting system, reviewing rates and loss ratio for Medical policies, reviewing market conditions and building & maintaining a strategic relationship with the customers. I’ve gained an excellent work experience from this job where I was having new knowledge in the Insurance field beside the information and experience gained through my study.
The general grade point average is 2.64 out of 4 and the specialty grade point average is 2.63 out of 4.00 Project Graduation was about the initial diagnosis named "Expert System" where it was a 3D simulated human body, the user just needs to click on the body organ and it will show the most possible diagnosis based on database and research on medical diseases, conditions and symptoms. It also captures all data related to same user in a profile where a report can be extracted to show the medical history of the user. The degree of B.Sc with Second Class Honors was validated under the authority of the Royal Charter of The Open University, Milton Keynes, UK.
