manager for inquiry and member services management, I have worked
with teamwork consisted from specialists in information field and
customer relationships. My role was to supervise on management and
directs the teamwork to quick response for inquirers and members, in
addition to the supervision over issuance of electronic and paper Saudi and
Gulf standard specifications and follow up task accomplishment according
to best practices. Shaping plans for management follow up the execution,
and coordination with assigned department in the organization was my
tasks in the organization to achieve the targets set by upper management in
the authority. The management has a role in promoting the cooperation and
coordinates with related governmental sectors and provide them with Saudi
and Gulf standard specifications and coordinate with some international
organizations to provide some sectors inside the kingdom with
international standards for example ISO, and BSI .

information specialist, I used to work with experts in information and
customer relations. My assignment was to respond to the inquiries of
governmental sectors and private sectors inside and outside the kingdom
and follow up dispatching of Saudi and Gulf standard specifications
according to applied procedures. I have clear contribution for the
classification of electronic and paper Saudi and gulf standard
specifications.
