 Overall responsibility for painting application and powder coating execution in the shop
 Planning and scheduling the work production for project accordingly
 Monitoring the consumption of paint and powder as per the budget.
 Planning manpower utilization for the project
 Generating monthly production painting report against estimated hours
 Generating Monthly Paint Consumption report against estimated consumables
 Resolving the technical issue on the floor with foreman or client representative
 Ensuring that appropriate Equipment are available on the workshop
 Knowledge of handling different types of painting inspection equipment
 Ensuring the safety standards are carried out on the floor

 Reporting to the production manager
 Planning and scheduling the work in monthly basis
 Monitoring the consumption of paint as per the budget.
 Planning manpower utilization for the project
 Estimating the paint requirement for the project
 Generating monthly production painting report
 Familiar with all international codes related to painting
 Responsible for the systematic activity in the paint shop
 Coordinating with procurement department ensuring the material on time
 Generating monthly report of paint consumption
 Educating the foremen’s regarding paint consumption as per Budget
 Ensuring that appropriate Equipment are available on workshop
 Coordinating with painting inspector to Resolve the painting issue’s
 Supporting the project management Team and Qc Manager related to painting
 Educating the paint mixing method system according to the project
 Resolving the technical issue on the paint shop
 Knowledge of handling different types of painting inspection equipment
 Analysis premature failure of coating
 Ensuring the safety standards.

 Reporting to the Project Manager
 Responsible for stage wise painting / coating inspection
 Review and Prepare ITP, Method Statement for Painting/Coating
 Monitor weather condition for surface preparation and painting / coating application.
 Execute Painting / coating inspection work as per company / project inspection test plan.
 Witness Surface Preparation Inspection as per BGAS/CSWIP PA 10 Surface Preparation
 Surface Preparation Inspecting by using surface Comparator and Needle Gauge with Testex tape.
 Responsible for all Painting Inspection Using DFT (Magnetic and Electronic Type), WFT(Comb gauges)
 Controlling the DFT of paint by checking the WFT from Time to Time
 By using Paint Specification Calculating the Usage Paint.
 Recommending Remedial factor if any paint defect found
 Explaining the paint mixing Ratio Detailing to the painting Supervisor
 Prepare all necessary QA / QC painting / coating documents and handed over to clients review.
 Prepare Inspection Reports for submission to the Client
 Checking the inventor report

 Reporting to the project manager
 Generating weekly/monthly progress report of the project
 Planning and scheduling the work on daily basis
 Inspection of Paint materials and Verify the Storage conditions.
 Monitoring weather condition for surface preparation and painting application
 Ensuring the blasting as per the standards
 Coordination with client & inspection department for smooth and speed progress work
 Ensuring the painting are done as per the project specification
 Estimating the paint requirement of the project
 Conducting weekly meeting with subcontract team and client
 Preparing monthly invoice for the project
 Ensuring work activity are carried out with safety regulation
 Maintain records of all work done. Including Painting Reports
 Ensuring DFT & WFT of various painting system is as per project specification
 Ensuring the safety standards.

 Reporting to the production Manager
 To review contract document to identify paint system
 Ensuring the quality system is implemented, maintained and monitored
 Monitoring the proper manpower utilization
 Assigning the work as per the priority basis
 Planning the work on daily basis
 Verifying the blasting are carried out as per standards
 Ensuring the all equipment are calibrated
 Coordinate with client representative for the inspection activity
 Ensuring painting are carried out as per the specification
 Sort out the technical issue
 Maintaining workplace as per ISO standards
 Submit weekly progress report to production Manager
 Ensuring that all painter are qualified and certified to perform the necessary painting activities
 Perform safety and quality audits/assessments.
 Review and Prepare ITP, Method Statement for Painting/Coating
 Maintain records of all work done. Including Painting Reports
 Handling of manpower according to project
 Ensuring the safety standards.
