Perform and document required inspections and audits to establish conformance to specification and scientific requirements including but not limited to:
Auditing all production sites i.e. food processing, Fruits & vegetables packing house, Chicken slaughterhouse, Quail Slaughterhouse & Dairy plant for cGMPs and ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 22000:2005.
oversea and document non-conforming products including root cause for permanent corrective actions
Handles suppliers/3rd parties’ inspection and auditing activities
Managing quality control department as a team leader, assisting staff morally and scientifically, setting highest standards of output in terms of quality
Maintains project quality records
Reviews and approves required submittals
Manages and documents field changes related to quality control in all relevant areas
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees; and serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process
Follow all company quality & safety policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to concerned
