• Preparation of MTO.
• To ensure piping material specification and piping class.
• Guide to draftsmen in finalizing piping layouts.
• To assist and provide input in preparation of P&IDs.
• Review and check engineering deliverables.
• Development of Piping stress model.
• Perform stress analysis and reports generation for critical lines by using CAESAR II.
• Review stress analysis reports.
• To check equipment Nozzle Loads by using CAESAR II.
• Design and selection of pipe supports.
• Perform Line Sizing and Pressure Drop Calculations.
• Preparation of Project Proposal and Man hours’ estimation.
• Review and advice the solution of technical queries to construction contractor as per ASME and Saudi Aramco Codes & Standards.
