 Implement ISO 22000:2005 (Food Safety Management System) in the company and maintain documents and records.
 Responsible for manufacturer/supplier approval and product compliance of all food related contracts for the United Nations.
 Liaise and co-operate with technical and commercial experts in procurement and logistics and also with food inspection and hygiene agencies.
 Verify, compile and approve product specifications, certificate of analysis, product labels, audit documents and certificates from suppliers against client requirements.
 Conduct external audits of supplier premises based on ISO 22000 standards and UN rations standards.
 Conduct regular and planned internal audits.
 Review Non-Conformance Reports raised by the customers and provide root cause and corrective actions.
 Compare products with other brands and participate in surveys that provide information to management about new products and market trends.
 Manage food handlers and cleaning staffs.
 Conduct toolbox talks/internal training to the warehouse staffs.
