Responsibilities
• Provide Hyperion application and database support
• Installation /Upgrade/Patching of Hyperion Essbase server and Financial planning application
• Critical assistance, either as a result of P1 service requests or at customer request
• Working with Service Engineering to design certified configurations and other tools in OnDemand like password manager
. Participated in IT Risk and Assurance engagements
· Help manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
· Participated in business development initiatives
· Build strong internal relationships within operations management Services and with other services across the organization
· Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
· Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training IT Risk and Assurance professionals
· Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of all staff
· Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

Department Description
Oracle Hyperion On Demand team manages & supports high performance, scalable, web and database server components for Oracle Hyperion, Essbase and Financial management and Planning application.
Responsibilities
• Provide Hyperion application and database support
• Installation /Upgrade/Patching of Hyperion Essbase server and Financial planning application
• Critical assistance, either as a result of P1 service requests or at customer request
• Working with Service Engineering to design certified configurations and other tools in OnDemand like password manager
• Researching new product features • Knowledge transfer to end-users and technical staff
• Establishing procedures, guidelines and techniques to maximize system availability
• Supporting Windows, UNIX and Helpdesk team while installing the required software.
• Involved in Preparing the Documentation of the processes and provided it to the required team.
• Provided training to end users in using the MS Excel spreadsheet add-in to load data and the basic concepts of multidimensional databases
• Providing 24*7 support during Month/Quarter/Year End Close Process
