• Manage Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) process through competitive bidding for best value proposition
• Manage the team in Dubai and supervise overseas project-based teams providing guidance and training to develop their professional skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Procured goods and services for an Australian Military contract worth US$ 40+ million in UAE to support facilities management, hospitality, automotive, waste management, and fuel management services
• Participated in technical and commercial reviews for the establishment and renewal of contracts for various support services
• Supported the HOD and commercial manager in analyzing, negotiating, and preparing contractual agreements incorporating key terms and conditions needed to protect the interests of the organization
