• Ensures that documentation is prepared and distributed at the appropriate times for general meetings.
• Ensures that proper accounts are maintained and annual reports are prepared
• Ensures the appropriate notice is given and documentation prepared and delivered for directors' meetings, agendas are distributed and minutes kep
• To be present in person or represented by an agent at the company's registered office during business hours
• Has taken Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in University of Luzon in the year 2000 but unfornately wasn’t able to finish studies due to some financial problems but had already taken 4th degree of study.
