Analysis of sector, company, business model, historical trends of key financial parameters, cash flows, balance sheet, peers, competitors, valuation, due diligence on the customers of investee companies, shareholder subsription agreement, term sheet.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing companies in the listed and unlisted space from a diverse range of industries in the midcap and smallcap segment.
Monitoring portfolio companies, meeting the investee company managements on a quarterly basis and tracking their competitor’s/peers performance through quarterly conference calls and other databases.
Financial model building from scratch and maintenance; updating and managing databases and marketing presentations.
Conceptualizing & devising the Information Memorandum / Private Placement Memorandum to support the fund raising process.
Co-ordinate with the top audit companies assigned to the investee companies by Kitara Capital for all the due diligence (commercial / financial / forensic / legal) work.
