Key Achievements
- Completed the structuring and refinancing of the debt facilities for two funds for a combined total of €1.4 billion. Debt facilities were multiple tranche; rated by S&P and Moody’s.
- Extensive deal experience, directly managing c. €150m. Successfully completed one of the largest mezzanine deals in 2011.
- Worked directly with the CEO in taking over part management of an €800m portfolio. This involved intensive negotiations with lending banks, setting up a new team and legal documentation.

- Was instrumental in Identifying, negotiating and closing two funds based in India and China, whilst working towards a diversification policy.
- Successfully closed a bridge loan facility for an investment, which was profitably converted to equity upon listing on the London Stock exchange.

- Experience in working with Private Equity Funds, Direct Investments, Hedge Funds, predominantly in the US, UK and European markets.
- Performed extensive valuation work utilising discounted cash flow, sum-of-the-parts, comparable company and precedent transaction analyses.
- Prepared information memoranda, board presentations, management presentations, road show presentations, process letters and strategic discussion materials.

Key Achievements
- I worked on two assignments with the United Nations, representing the loss claims of two of the biggest business houses in Kuwait. I successfully made the presentations directly to visiting United Nations Inspectors.
- As senior in charge I discovered the existence of fraud and financial mismanagement with a large client. My work eventually led to the replacement of the senior management.

- My skills and superb client relationship allowed me to bring added value to BDO in terms of new audit engagements and special assignments.
- Client Experience includes businesses in investment, manufacturing, construction, real estate, trading & retail outlets and one governmental agency. I also audited multinational clients for which I reported to respective BDO international offices.
