 Verification of Sales / Post Sales reports by extracting the daily transactions for all the Projects through the discoverer and/or Oracle database extracted to excel and segregate each transaction into New Sale, Primary Property Transfer, Secondary Transfer, Cancellations, Upgrades, Downgrades, etc.
 Responsible for maintaining the list of all project completion dates and payment terms keeping (matrix) up to date.
 Responsible for blocking all units that have been canceled and returned to the inventory after the coordination with the Business development team.
 The contact point, in regards to unit status, with Customer Care and Post Sales.
 Assist with Sales Centre’s Roaster.
 Processing sales staff, and management commission as per the approved sales commission policy.  Monitor Sales Performance through the preparation of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Reports
 Maintaining and updating MCI reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
