-In charge of developing the marketing plan & budgeting

Achievements:
-Established a solid CIM for different applications of the brand.
-Renovated all showrooms and did localized marketing activities to drive traffic (35-40% increase in Showrooms sales in the course of one year).
-Founded the company's first professional website and activated the brand throughout all social media platforms as well as other digital marketing activities and aggregated a demand funnel of 16 million in the first 3 months.
-Supported sales force with the first sales kit including all collateral and material sample binders with technical specs.
-Initiated the company's image library with classification and regular schedule to shoot products/projects.
-Launched the internal (monthly) and external (quarterly) newsletter.
-Set the first customer satisfaction survey protocol.
