- Increase the market share for Canon Production solutions - Wide Format and CAD Printing - MPS) in Kuwait Market
- Covered deferent market segment (Graphic Arts and printing press - Government- Health care - Banking - Telecommunications - Manufacturing)
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers and negotiate prices.
- Analyzing old MIF data to determine potential customers
- Forecasting market demands per each semester, and follow up on the delivery process
- Provide financial information and analytical data to the potential buyer or seller.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- -Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer Base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Pro-actively engage with Account Managers to identify, qualify, pursue, and close MPS opportunities in large accounts
- Engage at C-level and develop network of executive relationships within the end-user accounts together with account managers,
- Creatively position the company’s value propositions.
- Planning and supervising tailored events and road shows for printing systems.
- Analyzing old MIF data to determine potential customers.
- Lead and / or provide expert support for the following selling stages:
• Lead the deal activities execution including assessment, solution, Proof of Concepts (POC), Request for Proposal (RFP) response, proposal and presentation, pricing and calculations, Statement of Work (SOW) business decisions, proper risk management, delivery & operations requirements, change management.
• Prospect Check - business direction & drivers, propensity to outsource/managed services/business partnering, identify/align with important intermediaries/influencers.
• Assembly of Customer Focus Team (Internal & External)
• Creation of right / appropriate Business models (financial).
