Managing the whole warehouse operation as receiving materials, storage and issuing invoicing
Responsible for the distribution of products and deliveries to the customers
Follow up inbounds goods receipt as well as outbound to customers according to the standard operating procedures

Follow up deliveries with 3rd party suppliers.

Warehouse co-ordination and management.
Inbound & Outbound logistics of Finished Goods and Raw Materials.
Returns Management of expired and damaged goods.
Distribution to customers and wholesalers.
Cost control of all Warehouse activities & KPI achievement.
Purchase all medical equipment And text Books, and Issue purchase orders for our travel agent.
Purchase all printing material and stationary and office equipment & Supplies.
Negotiate with all suppliers in order to get the best Quality, Price and delivery time.
Performing Continuous assessment for each vendor, and holding bedding before taking the final purchase decision.
Building Vendor Database, in order to separate them into categories and grades, witch makes searching for and choosing any vendor easy & clear. And keeping a special record for each purchased item, vendor and transaction.
Responsible to obtain the required purchase miscellaneous - related to operations non administration items according to company aspects with optimum prices, as well as developing the company approved supplier list and applying quarterly supplier survey.
Follow up with suppliers the delivery of issued Purchase order to maintain time delivery.
