Building Vendor Database, in order to separate them into categories and grades, witch makes searching for and choosing any vendor easy & clear. And keeping a special record for each purchased item, vendor and transaction.
Responsible to obtain the required purchase miscellaneous - related to operations non administration items according to company aspects with optimum prices, as well as developing the company approved supplier list and applying quarterly supplier survey.
Follow up with suppliers the delivery of issued Purchase order to maintain time delivery.
