A) Training activities
1. Prepare and develop the annual training plan

4. Continual assessment for the training process and analyze the results to confirm that results meet the objectives and exceed expectation of beneficiaries
5. Take any required corrective and / or corrective actions to eliminate any problems arise to improve the training process
6. Plan and develop the marketing strategy and follow up the marketing team
7. Analyze the reports raised from the marketing team related to (phone call report, E-mail campaign, customer visits, customer feedback)
8. Follow up the e-marketing activities (E-mail campaign - Google ad words, search engine ranks)

B) For Management System
1. Conduct presentation and seminar in Arabic / English to promote the consultancy services.
2. Implementation of ISO system in both languages Arabic and English.
3. Preparation of ISO requirements "Quality Manual - Quality Procedure - Work Instruction "
4. Support customers to conduct Management review meetings and internal audits
5. Provide more than 15 consultancy projects for implementation ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 22000.

C) For Food Safety Management System ISO 22000
1. Assist in the preparation for ISO 22000 document, procedures
2. Control and supervision of the restaurants and kitchens in accordance with the procedures of municipality, HACCP, GMP and ISO 22000 standards.
