Human Resources Development Fund :
1. Adding new agreements on the system to make sure that all our Saudi employees are added.
2. Opening new accounts for all employees on the system of the Human Resources Development Fund.
3. issuing monthly bills according to the agreements and branches and Preparing the necessary documents to claim our fund .
4. Follow-up with financial Department to make sure that all the amounts are deposited in our company's account.

Performance Evaluation :
1. making sure that all the evaluation forms are signed from the department head and regional managers and from the director of human resources.
2. Calculating the monthly bonus according to the monthly evaluation .
3. making sure that all the data are correct then to hand over the final list to the finance department.
