- Determine and Setup the code for allocation accounts.
- Set and prepare the coding for warehouse and inventory items.
- Implement and setup the material cycle and link between payable, cost, procurement
- Prepare tracking sheet to calculate the cost of shipments.
- Prepare tracking sheet for transaction of inventory.
- Collect and analyze the work order to calculate the cost of finished products.
- Prepare the asset register by creating committee to check and include all assets.
- Implement the accounting system and chart of accounts for restaurant.
- Implement the coding system and set the cycle for inventory of restaurant.
- Allocate the expenses to his related category to determine the opex and capex.
- Calculate the cost through the process start from supplying till production and distribute the overhead on the related cost center.
- Liaise with the chefs to prepare the standard recipe and cost of production.
- Consolidate the collected data and prepare the monthly COGS Entry.
- Liaise with supplier to find the best prices of supply.
- Supervise the stock movement and prepare the monthly inventory committee.
- Control and Prepare the fixed assets register & Depreciation.
- Prepare a monthly financial situation for the restaurant.
- Manage the cash flow to be qualify for the outstanding payments.
- Analyze the daily sales and compare it with the settlement report for restaurant.
- Analyze the monthly product mix report to compare it with the inventory report.
- Prepare the monthly payroll from financial viewpoint.
#Cost controller Duties:
- Collect the data from local purchasing department and LC accountant to input items prices.
- Export the stock out data from program to recalculate it based on weighted average.
- Collect the other operation and administration expenses from accounting manager and senior cost accountant.
- Analyze the monthly sales and compare it with the FG product.
- Consolidate the collected data and prepare the monthly COGS Entry.
- Create and prepare monthly report for the variance of input items prices to supervise the effort of purchasing dep. and what this affect on unite cost.
- Create and prepare monthly report for the variance of material consumption and compare it with the finished goods produced and give notification about this analysis to management.
-Analyze and compare the monthly trend in supplier prices.

#Stock Controller Duties:
- Create and prepare monthly report for the aging of stock items.
- Compare and assure the stock data on the inventory program matched with the data on the ERP system.
- Prepare and participate in the periodical and annual physical count committee for inventories.
- Supervise and assure the data on the stock program are corrected.
- Guide the inventory employees to correct the process followed for maintaining the stock.

Besides my duties at head office i was responsible to Handle the entire accounts of Jeddah branch as below:
-Prepare the financial statements.
-Prepare the monthly financial report.
-Prepare the fixed assets & depreciation.
-Prepare and calculate the sales commission.
-Prepare the monthly payroll from the financial viewpoint.
-Prepare and review current account between subsidiaries.
-Prepare the cost & revenue center analysis for each project.
-Collect the cost factor that need to allocate for cost of items.
-Review the quotation to assure that matching with cost calculation.
-Analyze the supplier invoices & shipments to determine the unite cost.
-Liaise with the branch manager to set the mark up price for each unit.
-Allocate the expenses & Revenue for each project to determine profit and loss.
-Follow and Review the stock Movement & Prepare the cost of goods sold entries.
-Review the monthly cash & bank movement to check it with accounting records.
-Review and assure the documents settled to be matched legally with company policy.
