Project 1: Acquisition in Colombo - Srilanka( Project start Date: August 1st 2013 to Mar 31st 2014) - 70000 K USD Project
• End-to-End Project Management starting from project planning till closure.
• Project Initiation (Initiate kick off meeting, identify stakeholders & procurement).
• Resource Management (Resource allocation & managing resources of project team)
• Planning (Developing project plan while taking TSD as scope document with timelines & risks)
• Execution (Manage project delivery & execute project plan as per the schedule)

• Replacing the TMG infrastructure with Websense product, this is a Global Project.

Project 4: IBM Tivoli (SCCM Replacement) (Project start Date: Feb 2014 to Dec 2014)
• Working as a Project Manager for replacing the SCCM with IBM Tivoli, this is still in the initiation stage

• Worked as a project in charge for setting up Datacenter for 2000 users, Responsible for Network Design, Configuration, and Implementation
• Responsible for setting up servers in Data Center, Wireless Setup, Firewall, Network Devices
• Responsible for implementation and designing the internet links and MPLS links
• Responsible for making the internal firewall changes
• Managing the Wireless controller in the APAC region and making the changes as per the change request.

• L1 and L2 Support for all Core devices located at client side in Newzealand, more than 7000
Devices are managed across NZ.
• Troubleshooting and break fixing for network and security related issue. Also provide support customer queries and solutions for improvement of the network and the migration path.
• Configuration and troubleshooting with routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP
• Knowledge to achieve client SLA.

• Providing remote support for Dimension data group’s international clients in Newzealand region for network management and troubleshooting.
