A. From Jan-2013 till Present:

Job Title: CO2 Operations Plant Manager at air Liquide Egypt:

1. Managing the plant daily operations and maintenance several tasks.
2. Establishes and follows up the performance indicators (technical and financial).
3. Compares performance indicators with objectives for productivity and costs control.
4. Ensures planning, controlling and realizing of capital expenditures and operational expenses. Confer with other departments to ensure full coordination and smooth work progress.
5. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies and key performance indicators.
6. Working with other relevant departments on new CO2 projects.
7. Insuring the implementation and commitment to company IMS, Environment, Quality, Safety and Food safety regulations.
8. Reviews each job's responsibilities of the plant and identifies and/or checks required qualification and competencies to perform the job in accordance with country regulation and group procedures
9. Ensures that training and qualification program are implemented and that quality procedures are followed by the all staff of the plant. Proceed to manager performances appraisal
10. Coordinates productions, handling, transport actions, defines priorities according procedures
11. Establishes and management of plant budget in coordination with the LI Operations Director.
12. If any, establishes and follows up the investment planning
13. Motivates team, sets objectives and evaluates their performance
14. Evaluates global training requirements, Ensures each supervised manager has plan the training according required qualification of the jobs.
15. Sets up and follows global and individual objectives. Proceeds to individual appraisal.
16. Encourages innovation within the team in order to improve the different activities
17. Interfacing with HSE manager to execute quality plan. Ensures that plants are operating in compliance with all governmental regulations and AL specifications (IMS).
18. Ensures that the customers audit is effective and that addressing all possible issues,
19. Ensures that the facility is operated in a safe, reliable and efficient manner, preserving the environment and complying with the FSSC.
20. Managing the Site stock level in order to have the stock always near to full tanks level to insure max possible ability to supply our customers with the needed product.

B. From Jan-2011 till Jan-2013:

Job Title: CO2 Plant Production Manager at air Liquide Egypt

1. Manage the CO2 production operations.
2. Responsible of the implementation of ISO standards: 9000 & 14000 & 18000 & 22000. And to manage all the relevant audits to insure full compliance and continual improvement
3. IMS implementation and follow up.
4. Customer satisfaction insurance, audits, trainings and product quality claims follow up.
5. Insuring product quality compliance with ISBT through monitoring process control points and KPIs implementing quality-control programs.
6. Working with other relevant departments on new quality projects and new products launching like ALIGAL.
7. Improving the workers qualifications and efficiency on continuous basis through training and refreshments sessions
8. Preparing, issuing and enhancing the industrial reporting system
9. Supervising the main certificates implementation (quality, safety, environment and food safety).
10. Responsible for the selection and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
11. Managing the shifts staff through setting their objectives in line with the company vision and strategic targets. And performing the needed appraisals by the end of the years throughout the MBO (Management By Objectives) techniques and setting the needed trainings for them to raise their capabilities and qualifications.
