- Managing healthcare facilities projects including medical equipment planning, maintenance & operational engineering, supply chain & technical team covering UAE & GCC regions as well as developing feasibility & design studies in accordance with international standards including risk & gap analysis, effective costing & budgeting solutions, overheads & assets management, suppliers & contractors’ supervision, contracts management, project’s technical & commercial assessments.
- Direct and oversee complete business development and strategies processes (Annual Maintenance Contracts- AMC’s/ Bidding) for private and governmental healthcare projects, liaising actively with Endusers and developing complete turnkey solutions through latest assets design specification and technology, operational services and support with competitive value-based solutions.
- Manage complete King’s Group projects (Facilities design, constructional & operational phases) including planning, operational and workflow design, budgeting, site supervision, maintenance & facility involvements (MEP/ Civil/ FM), equip design specifications, CAD drawings, time schedules, constructive progress reporting, value engineering for meeting the projected budget & anticipated quality.
- Direct all functions related to day-to-day medical equipment engineering maintenance and operational activities for complete clinical departments. Create and monitor KPI’s against medical devices and suppliers performances, AMC’s management, technical & commercial negotiations, Biomedical policies, clinical layout design, consultancy involvements, workflow planning and establishing the feasibility, strategy and evaluation reports for new healthcare facilities.
Manage healthcare facilities projects (Design & Execution full turnkey cycle) in UAE and overseas including complete bidding process, workflow design, budgeting, planning, technical specifications, purchasing, equipment service and maintenance, KPIs monitoring, Clients technical and finical assessments. contracts commercial terms & technical negotiations, supervision of contractors, maintenance contracts, delivering and executing the assigned projects utilizing the management key tools & professional overseeing criteria
Handling projects initiating, planning, executing and delivering for the assigned projects, Utilizing the projects management monitoring techniques and software.
Job Responsibilities:
• Independently conduct on and off-site evaluation of products, site readiness and determine compliance with applicable standards.
• Develop technical specifications, define acceptance methodologies and prepare comprehensive performance reports.
• Plan and schedule project timelines, millstones and deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Effectively communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and dear manner.
• Provide information for quotes such as length of the projects, site preparations needed.
• Arrange and supervise clinical trials, installation and commissioning of medical products delivered
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve projects goals
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
• Create and develop the necessary reports and recommendations to the senior management in order to identify the successful and unsuccessful projects elements
• Discussing and solving problems with manufacturing, quality, purchasing and marketing departments
• Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to success of the project
• Provide ongoing support to the client in a team based environment
