• Managing day-to-day operations.

• Sharing by operations management (stock orders, getting new brands, sales reports, assistant my manager as officially and in charge of division when my Manager absences.
• Preparing Customers profile and evaluation of Inquiries, Preparing Bids & Quotations and submitting proposals to the Clients.
• Confirmation and follow up to the customer’s Purchase Orders
• Reviewing and controlling distribution of products to the customers and ensure prompt Delivery, appropriate pricing strategy and correct order processing.
• Placing Costing of the material, Quotation & setting delivery periods.
• Negotiating with suppliers & clients to achieve workable prices & terms.
• Setting appointments with clients and monitoring the customers’ requirements, establishing contact & good relations with the Engineering & Presenting and promoting the products and technical specifications to consultants, Architects and interior designers for supporting the marketing activities and specifying the future project.
- Contacting Consultants and Interior designers and provide them with Marketing materials
- Conducting sales calls and sales activities. Prepares proposals, presentations and provide information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates,
- Gathering data on marketing trends and competitive products and pricing.
- Sales prospecting, telemarketing and cold calling

- Handling accounts, and reports to management.

- Work closely with Managing Partner to develop sales goals and business development strategies
- Acquire, develop and maintain new business relationships with industry partners: architects, builders, Dealers, commercial, , etc…
- Develop and refine systems to support sales functions & sales team.
- Communicate a clear, strategic sales vision, effectively training and coaching both veteran and junior sales team members on how to meet established goals.
- Conduct weekly sales-driven, customer service-focused team meetings.
- Predict the volume of sales expected to set goals or target to be achieved.
- Supervision and implementation of all sales and delivery of goods.
- Marketing of goods for various categories (Engineers - Dealers-Projects ...).
- Supervising the collection of cash for goods sold on credit.
