-Working with office 365 Administration Center.
-Maintain documentation & diagrams of Networks, systems configurations & policies.
-Disaster recovery, system failure preparations, Network Load Balancing & Failover Clustering.
-Manage customers’ accounts through internet web system (Gmail, Godaddy, Hostgator, Arvixe).
-Manage different web server types & VPS (ASP, PHP) including website, mail hosting solutions (Gmail, Office 365), control panels (cpanel, plesk), SSL, Domain acquisition, E-mail Marketing System.
-Implement CCTV, IP Cam with DVR, NVR.

Responsible for Installing & configuring the IT infrastructure from Scratch until Online Trading.
Duties:
-Monitor the overall site environment (air conditioners, generators).
-Install servers H/W (KVMs, network cables and UPS’s).
-Monitor all Servers H/W and network and try to solve simple problems and ask for H/W support if needed.
-Reinstall servers after repairing.
-Dealing with windows server 2003 & network infrastructure (DC, DHCP, DNS, WINS, ISA)
-Provide technical support to all employees to all their IT requirements.
-Ensure LAN infrastructure of the company is operational via remote administration.
-Configure necessary Group Policy for certain departments.
-Managing all kind of domain resources (Users accounts, Groups, GPOs, Sites, ADC, Member servers, Clients computers, OUs etc).
-Monitor network traffic.
-Use Exchange Server for internal mail.
-Manage CCTV cameras for employee security.
-Dealing with oracle d.b10g server (Main, Stand-By and RAC).
-Installation, configuration & implementation oracle database on IBM server.
-Oracle DBA tasks backing-up, restoring & replicating oracle 10g-11g.
-Performing tuning of Servers
-Web Applications installation /IIS / Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005.
-Installing, supporting & using BIMS (broker’s information management system) Application Server & Web Server.
-Connecting our company to Egyptian stock exchange authorities (CASE & MCDR).
-Dealing with antivirus server (Norton, Kaspersky).
-Dealing with firewall (Installation, configuration, rules, VPN …).
-Dealing with cisco routers (managing, configuration & maintain …).

- Provides Educational Instruction In Assigned Subject/Topic Areas To Computer Skills.
- Conducts Student Assessment And Testing, Educational/Vocational Goal Setting.
- Provides Instruction That Produces Educational Improvements For All Assigned Students As Measured By Student Pre/Post Educational Testing.
- Develops And Submits 100% Of Learning Documentation And Progress Forms (Lesson Plans, Student Portfolios, Homework Or Testing Results...)
- Immediately Notifies Immediate Supervisor Of Any And All Support Services That Students May Need.
- Reports To Work Regularly And Ontime

Local printers and Network printer's management (Installation and maintaining) Managing Printers Toners, Cartridge. Backup & Recovery Options (System & File Recovery).
