1.Ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.
2.Manage program of projects and projects managers to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts.
3.Prepares detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for project funding.
4.Monitor progress, provide financial control and ensure quality of the projects.
5.Participate in and oversee the pre-qualification and bid evaluation process for consultants, contractors, and other outside vendors and select vendors.
6.Responsible for ensuring that projects managers:
•Manage the project team including architects, engineers, workplace consultants, construction managers and administrative support.
•Develop schedules and budgets for assigned projects.
•Identify and evaluate alternative solutions to best meet projects objectives.
•Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and documentation.
•Ensure clients satisfaction.
•Make presentations to senior management.
•Hire, manage and develop staff.

Project management of the following projects:
1- Construction of steel structure of GIS and transformers buildings project, owned by XD- EGEMAC Co..
2- Construction and electro-mechanical erection works of 80TPH walking hearth furnace project, owned by suez steel company.
3- Construction and electro-mechanical erection works of De-dusting plant project, owned by suez steel company.
4-Construction and electro-mechanical erection works of rolling mill and spooler #2 project, owned by suez steel company.
5-Construction of steel structure (15, 000.0 MTons) of steel melt plant (SMP) and direct reduction plant (DRP) project, owned by suez steel company.
6- Electrical erection works of lime kiln plant project, owned by suez steel company.
7-Electro-mechanical erection works of SMP's (9) overhead cranes project, owned by suez steel company.
The branch has been established to execute ZAFARANA WIND PARK PROJECT 85, MW. Wind power station (The Spanish project) financed by Spain, so my assignments are:
1- Dealing with client, consultant, suppliers and subcontractors (Value system).
2- Overall project management and implementation.
3- Project's cost control.
4- Progress monitoring.
5- Carry out all legal, commercial and administration affairs of the branch office.
1- Fully responsible for the marketing and sales of company's activities in Egypt and Middle East countries.
2- Build recognition of the company and expanding its client base.
3- Conduct market research and business development in Egypt, and in the region.
4- Formulate, implement and evaluate of strategies, polices, and plans to penetrate different markets.
5- Participate in tendering and contracting procedures.
6- Projects' follow up.
7- Management of some projects.
8- Studying BOOT Projects.
The branch had been established to execute El Boustan 220/66/11kv
substation, financed by the World Bank, so my assignments were:
1- Following up tendering in front of Egyptian authorities.
2- Overall project's management, implementation, cost control.
3- Dealing with the client design approvals, and execution of work.
4- Dealing with Egyptian authorities the permissions, the payments, the importation, ……etc.
5- Procurement and purchasing of materials and equipment from the Egyptian suppliers.
6- Preparing, negotiating, and dealing with Egyptian subcontracts.
7- Following up the design, civil work, electromechanical work.
8- Carry out all legal, commercial and administration affairs of the branch office.
1- Marketing and selling turn key projects.
2- Studying general and the special conditions of the tenders' documents.
3- Coordinating with the international companies, and dealing all related subjects with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
4- Preparing, submitting and following up the tenders.
5- Taking part in contracts' negotiation with clients, and suppliers.
6- Seeking and analyzing the reasons of loosing tenders.
Structural design for water treatment plants and sewage water treatment plants including but not limited to :
clariflocculators, filter buildings, chemical buildings, chlorid buildings, under ground reservoirs, water towers, pumping stations, valve chambers, thrust blocks, sedimentation tanks, drying beds, generators buildings, transformer buildings, houses, commercial buildings, ……….etc.
The projects which I took part in its design are :-
1-KAFR SHOKER sewage water project.
2-EL- GABAL EL-ASFER sewage water project.
3-GAMASA water towers and pumping station.
4-SOUHAG water treatment project.
5-PORT SAID water treatment project.
6-DAMANHOUR water treatment plant.
7-NASR CITY water tanks project.
8-DISHNA water pumping station project.
9-EL-GAMALEYA water treatment project.
