A) Scope of Work for Port said tunnels under Suez Canal

1- About 280, 000 m² diaphragm walls with depths up to 70m and width (1.00 &1.20 m)
Including Launching Shaft 5 cells, Receiving Shaft 2 cells, Cut and Cover on both sides, Launching & Receiving Transition Zone, and intermediate Cross Passage

2- About 350 micro piles 160~180mm diameter up to 52 m depth.

B) Responsibilities:

 Providing guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution project control problems.
 Prepare reports and recommends on project data including schedule, cost/budget, Cash Flow.
 Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule for project and Company management.
 Prepare monthly bill for monthly payment Certificates for the Client ( Join venture’ Orascom’ and ‘Arab Contractor’ )
 Review monthly payment application by Contractor and prepare certificate monthly bill for the contractor (Zublin Spezialtiefbau GmbH)
 Preparing the Daily & monthly report and Check plans and ensure that the execution is in accordance with the project plan.
 Work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy.
 Coordinate actions with internal procurement and legal teams if needed.
 Report status of current contract processes to management
 Coordinate with internal contracts department to resolve any existing contract conflicts.
 Create language standards and rules for existing and new contracts
 Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during execution and closing stages.
 Follow up to guarantee contractual payments have been made
 Present and explain contract conditions and details to business partners and employees.
 Confirm contract terms are understood by employees regarding company contracts
 Monitor all contract deadlines and conditions to ensure timelines are kept and all relevant payments or information has been met
 Prepare and update Works Sequence for project works according scope.
 Monitoring, adjusting and updating cash flows.
 Customizes project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
 Accumulate historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting.
 Review the Progress and Completion Reports prepared by Contractor.
 Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
