Leading the architectural design activities of projects of medium complexity in the design center.
* Ensuring an effective and aesthetic architectural design for projects, which accommodates the
requirements of the client, local authorities, architectural standards and codes of practice and the
requirements of other disciplines.
* Develops schematic designs, detailed designs and participates in the preparation of tender documents
for design projects.
* Coordinate with the concept design teams for concept designs of medium to high complexity projects
then refine selected design options into schematic and draft final designs, including all required
drawings and reports.
* Coordinate with other design specializations, Structural, Mechanical, Water and Environment to
coordinate design requirements across disciplines for Building design projects of high complexity
across all design stages whether schematic or detailed
* Support during the supervision stage, including responding to RFIs and solving Buildings design
conflicts, in coordination with design support teams.
* Support project managers with the responding to client clarifications and technical issues.
* Lead discussions with clients to determine criteria guiding design, including budgets, preferences.
