1st: Senior Civil Engineer: Linking Plaza Project (Amphitheatre and Two Facility Buildings) From June2012 till now:
• Responsible for supervision of all site activities and Finishing touches (Excavation and Backfilling, Pilling, Foundation, Block works, Reinforcement, Shuttering, waterproofing system, pouring concrete, block works, Plastering, Painting, Gypsum board Ceiling, Steel fire doors, marble and granite cladding, Wooden doors installation, Ceramic works)
• Responsible for Putting required Method statement and Risk assessment for all works taking place on site.
• Ensuring the works are carried out as per Project specifications and according to latest drawings.
• Make coordination for all works on site, and raise any required RFI's for the consultant to avoid any clashes during the work.
• Revise all shop drawings before starting of any works on site (Dimensions, Reinforcement Drawings and BBS) in order to check all details and to avoid any problems through site works.
• Check MEP drawings with structure drawings in order to be sure that there is no any clashes between trades on site (Check Levels and Location) .'
• Construction of all MEP Structure works (Chambers, Hand Holes)
a) 2nd: Site Engineer: Tunnel Project. (186 m concrete structure\{Retaining walls\} and 150 m reinforced earth works\{Keystone wall\}) From May2011 to June2012: • Supervision of all Excavation and Backfilling works on site (Excavation of about 19000 m3 of fill)
• Supervision of all Structure works on site (Reinforcement, Shuttering, Scaffolding, Pouring, Waterproofing system \{Primer coat / waterproof membrane-4mm /protection board-6mm / water stop\})
• Checking all Drawings before taking it to site, to insure that all information are accurate and clear.
• Put temporary works and Check that it's clear to everyone and that it's followed on site.
• Check any clashes between the Tunnel and any Utilities going under the Foundation and raise
All required RFI's.
• Make sure all works are carried on according to Project specifications.
• Main Infra-Structure and its future connections
• Sewer Network (Glass Reinforced Plastic "GRP" pipes up to 600mm dia & Concrete Manholes up to 1500mm dia gravity network including the gullies)
• Force Main (High Density Poly Ethylene "HDPE" pipe sewer pressured line to link the Sewage Pump Station of the city to the main government Waste Water Treatment Station)
• Irrigation Network ( "HDPE" pipes pressured network, including fire hydrant work & Valve Chambers)
• Potable Water Supply Network ( "HDPE" pipes pressured network & Valve Chambers)
• District Cooling (Chilled Water) Network (Pre-Insulated pipes pressured network & Valve Chambers)
• Medium Voltage Network (Armored Aluminum XLPE Cables)

b) Landscape preparation (Housing points that link the main irrigation pipe to the sub irrigation network of landscape)
c) Earthworks (Bulk Cut and Fill, Soil & Sand Compaction, Soil & Sand Replacement)
d) Roads Construction (Sub-grade preparation, Road base, Asphalt work, Kerbing, Service roads, Paved walkways)
e) Temporary works for supporting the existing services (Piles)
f) Redesign for clashes between existing & proposed utilities.
g) Execution of snagging works.
• Using couplers system (mechanical splicing) in beams between foundation.
• Supervision of installing number of utilities under Tunnel foundations (Gas Line, Irrigation line, Fire fighting Line, Sewage Line, Fiber Optics Line)
• Supervision of all keystone walls (reinforced earth) works (laying blocks, Geogrid layers, backfilling and compaction)
• Supervision of all Tunnel Painting System (washable Epoxy)
C) 3rd: Design Engineer: Design of Cairo Festival city Roads infrastructure project, From January 2010 to May2011:
• Preparing all structure shop drawings for all Project Roads using 12d design programe.
• Check all clashes between roads and street light basis and any utility under the road in 3D mode.
• Give possible solutions for all clashes appear by coordination between all trades.
d) 4th: Site Engineer: AlFuttaim Main site Offices, From November2008 to January2010:
• Site supervision for all civil works & Finishing Touches: (Excavation &Backfilling - Pilling - Foundation - Block works - Plastering - Painting - Water Proof Membrane - Gypsum Board Ceiling - Curtain Wall - Steel Doors - marble Cladding - Granite - Wooden Doors- Ceramic)
• Carry on all shuttering and Concreting works on site.
• Working on construction of office steel roof.
• Managing the labors and the equipment.
• Monitoring and controlling all activities on site.
• Ensuring the work is carried out as per specifications and latest drawings.

• Surveying the site where the tower to be located.
• Design all site elements using AutoCad and staad.
• Design of whole tower with all its elements (45m Tower)

2) Quality: a) Compliance with approved plans, specifications, standards and quality requirements.
b) Co-ordination and preparation of project as-built reports & drawings.
c) Preparation of Quality Assurance Documents and Files.
d) Co-ordinating & submitting works to Resident Engineer.
3) Health & Safety: a) Preparation of Method Statements and Risk Assessment for all works on site.
b) Preparation of Temporary works certificate approved from Dubai team and explains it to all operatives on site to be aware of any hazards and to know the safe way of doing things.
c) Ensure operations are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with National laws and company HSE policies.
d) Member of Safety Action Group, promoting HSE at work.
4) Site/Project Management & Communication: a) Site/Project Management: • Responsible for manage a section of Infrastructure works (Tunnel and Linking Plaza) on CFC project.
• Arranging Plant, material and staff to enable project continuation
• Good controlling of subcontractor's work to avoid any defects or redoing the work.
• Monitoring and controlling the project in accordance with schedule.
• Data entry for the planning division & Quantity survey division to prepare the monthly up-to-date program & Site monthly progress to have a clear vision so they can take decisions.
b) Communication: • Chairing weekly meetings with different in-house teams to highlight issues and resolve problems to allow project program to be met.
• Working in harmony with Senior Management, Site Team, Designers, sub-contractors and the client amongst others to ensure satisfactory project construction.
• Responsible for dealing with technical issues and liaising with the design team to ensure the criteria's are met.
• Reporting to PM, project manager directly.
