• Represented the law firm client (Saudi Aramco) in board of grievance regarding land ownership claims.
• Represented Saudi Aramco and Aramco Gulf Operations (AGOC) before the Primary Commission of Labor Dispute Settlement.

• Establishing all kinds of companies until getting their official investments licenses and commercial registers.
• Drafting partners' resolution which are compatible with Saudi Company Laws, and submitting them to The Ministry of Commerce, SAGIA, Chamber of Commerce, Notary Public, and other concerned authorities.
• Liquidated a branch of foreign company due partners' resolution and went through all its related proceedings.
• Attending meetings of our prospective clients along with colleagues.
In litigation:
I represented Obaid Law office’s clients in courts and writing the legal memos related to cases in courts, moreover, writing a brief case to the law office advisors when they need to know something about status of cases.
- I won a lawsuit filed for my client before PCLSD (Primary Commission of Labor Dispute Settlement) involves arbitrary termination.
- Sued a Bank before aforesaid commission involves arbitrary detention against my client.
In corporate:
Other part of my duties is to establish new companies with consulting them about their interests, and represents all of its requirements to the MOC or SAGIA. Moreover, redrafting their contracts, and answering their emails regarding to what they need legally are part of my job.
