A. Engage in development of Project Execution Plan, including defining construction sequence and procurement strategies for critical items basing the design criteria, local and international standards, specifications and giving due consideration to technical risks, facility safeguarding, safety and health requirements.
B. Increased machine uptime through root causes analyses, machine reliability studies and implantation of corrective actions.
C. Managing the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant and equipment from drawing up the specification, to managing suppliers through to full installation in collaboration with all relevant parties
D. Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects.
E. Managing Processing and Manufacturing Performance through KPIs and doing periodic analyses daily, weekly and monthly….
F. Plan and execute planned preventative maintenance activities of all equipment in the plant to meet the demands of the business
G. Working on AMM program( SAP, oracle and SQL) for maintenance and project management through the arrangement with other departments to ensure work order complement based on
H. Industrial service and power monitoring, maintaining and improvement by introducing new technologies and make the required study to insure sustainable business growth and line production sustainability
I. Utility and RO and Boiler maintaining (water quality and steam quality monitoring) and training of new engineers and technicians, also 3rd party maintenance contract supervising.

A. Lead people through intelligence and Excellence Corporation between all departments.
B. Managing Manufacturing Performance through KPIs and doing periodic analyses daily,
weekly and monthly….
C. Plan and execute planned preventative maintenance activities of all equipment in the plant to
meet the demands of the business
D. Working on AMM program( SAP, oracle and SQL) for maintenance and project management
through the arrangement with other departments to ensure work order complement based on
machine, manpower and logistics resources available

F. Have High technical experience with (Rotating machines, Pumps, Composer, Utility, Gears and
HVAC) repairing, preventive maintenance and commissioning.
G. Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as
well as ensuring compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to
completion of projects

outside disturbance like (ATALS Copco 7 BAR compressors, AF and ABC 40 BAR
compressors, GEA AMMONIA chillers)
M. Contractor dialer and project coordinator with local and INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES
N. Report periodically (daily, weekly, monthly reports) to the operational manager
1. Arranged the work orders of the Staff members and support them, on daily basis.
2. Cover and report all developments and progress on projects or on new system
installing, on weekly basis.
O. Building safety auditing and testing on Ammonia chiller to achieve the euro and global
standers.
P. Develop Standard operation procedure for maintenance departments and take the
responsibility for implementation.
Q. Lead by example, ensure Manager/Supervisor roles include creating, fostering and encouraging a
true safety culture
mechanical and maintenance
