GENESIS ENVIRONMENT is a multi-segment business-concerned with sustainable development
with focus on sustainable specialty chemicals and water energy additives in partnership with
RMC, USA, and Solar Energy development in partnership with Hanwha Q-Cells, Germany.
Following two conflicting analysis results, received promotion for successfully trouble-shooting
major fouling problem in new plant. Carried out in-depth study and applied chemical
cleaning processes resulting in plant still running smoothly to date.
Oversaw operation and supervision of reverse osmosis sea water desalination plant, treatment
and examination of feed, brine and product water chemically and biologically, installation
and supervision of running brackish and sea water wells.
Ensuring R.O division full compliance with the environmental laws and regulations in terms of
emissions, effluents and discharges and its impacts on both aerial, terrestrial and aquatic
environments
Introducing the necessarily needed system upgrades on the R.O system as to maintain a
much efficient operation and achieve an enhanced environmental performance and a
continual environmental improvement such like Energy Recovery and Cogeneration.
Ensured an optimized operating conditions for the running R.O and WWTPs for natural
resources saving and recovery (such like water and energy) for a successful, continual and
profit-worthy operation
Ensured a system higher operation efficiency and accordingly a lessened energy
consumption and consequently a lower carbon footprint
As a team member, I took part of the execution, evaluation and revision of the EIA studies
necessary for the all onsite water production and treatment facilities
Monitored all Environmental Conservation activities in a 2 Billion $ fully independent city -
construction project.
Formal Governmental permits acquisition and governmental affairs management for all
environmental conservation activities and onsite working environmental systems, facilities and
plants of significant impacts on the surrounding environment.
Took part in all Environmental Impact Assessment processes conducted in favor of acquiring
the Environmental clearances and permits needed for the project
Environmental Performance Continual Improvement
Ensured and maintained the compliance of all construction and assembling activities with
governmental environmental regulations, rules and policies.

Undertook water treatment (corrosion and scale resistance programs) of steam boilers,
cooling systems and pipeline networks using
a very short service time, promoted to oversee team of 4 engineers and project manage
operations in Hurghada, comprising a Client base of 23 luxury 5* hotels. Received excellent
Client appraisals resulting in increase in orders for company.
