Scope of Work :
01- Leading and Follow Up All Technical Office Works and Related Responsibilities.
02 Monitoring and Supervising on site Progress and Involving to Solve Project’s Problems.
03- Study & Review Design Schemes & Shopdwgs in All Trades Check for All Discrepancies & Clashes and Prepare Drawing Details and Explanation Analysis Report.
04- Evaluate the Project’s Materials Selection For Final Purchase Orders and Follow up Until Delivery,
Store, and Installation.
05- Monthly Report For Delay and Pending Issues and Accelerate All Concerning Subcontractors.
06- Estimation of Furniture control book & Prepare Furniture Distribution Plan.
07- Study Room Space allocation & Comply for Client’s Requirements.
08- Prepare Operation Manuals (As Built Drawings, Selected Materials, Furniture Books and Equipments Catalogs ) Based on Related Sources of Suppliers.
09- Study Arch Interior Design and Materials Finishes and Prepare Procurement Sheet.
10- Technical Review For All Contracts, Tender Documents, Claims and Variation Orders.
11- All Activities Related to Project Coordination with Designer, Consultant, Liaison with Client
12- Evaluate of Project’s Construction Conditions With Related Manpower.
13- Prepare Look ahead Time Schedule for All Subcontractors During Stages of Works according
Scope of work and Follow With Finance Dpt. to Release Progress Payments.
14- Follow Up Status of Approved Drawings, Issued For Construction and Approved Materials
Submittals and Approval of Shopdwgs.
15- Check All Submitted Material with Project’s Specs & Follow up Delivery and Installation at Site.
16- Follow up Project Closing Documents (Snags, RFTs, Sis, NCRs, pending issues)With All Subcontractors.
17- Prepare and Deliver The Handing Over & Closing Out Documents of the Project to Client.
18- Follow up Operation & Maintenance Works During Warranty Period of The Project to Remedy all
Deficiencies and Rectify Damages.
