Project Name : Land Development for Deport Area.

Responsibility :

Co-ordinate with Consultant and Employer regarding quality matter and test Purpose.

 Preparing Project Schedule.
 Checking Project budget request.
 Take off different quantity from advanced drawing.
 Preparing organogram chart for different project.
 Checking Project Material requisitions.
 Preparing Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly report.
 Tracking and updating project progress.
 Preparing monthly target for the project.
 Preparing monthly achievement for the project.

 Prepares inspection documents for various activities such as excavation/backfilling, concreting, formworks, rebars, surface preparation, dry film thickness test, field density test, moisture test and material submittals.
 Conducts quality inspection of different structures such as foundations, columns, beam/girders, pedestal, closed drain ditch walls, guard posts/bollards, pipe supports, mcc building and concrete and asphalt pavement.
 Coordinate to site supervisor’s proper quality procedures and standards for the construction of different structures.
 Checks survey reports and as-built drawings as per actual conditions.
 Checks & verifies the ongoing concrete batching as per approved Mix-design.
 Check that all relevant Inspection Check Lists are being implemented or not at site during executions.
 Report to QA/QC Manager & issuing internal NCR when quality of workmanship does not meet the standards established in the Quality Control Plan (QCP) as well as Contact Documents.
 Issue non-conformance reports to ensure quality of work.
 Participating in the inspection & monitoring of the project.
 Ensuring that the plans are in the latest revision and updated for all documents being used in the site.
 Ensuring that a certain task is done to a successful completion in order to meet the client owner’s satisfaction.

To observe and supervise all Utility, road diversion & road maintenance works of the projects going on properly.
Planning and implementing of all kind of Utility, road diversion, road maintenance & Drainage work
Quality control of Pile, Pier & Segment work.
Segment erection including tensioning work.
Checking Interim Valuation/ Invoice for Road Maintenance & Diversion work

To observe and supervise all constructional works of the projects going on properly.
Planning and implementing of all kind of civil work (regular maintenance work, maintenance of storm water structure & other irregular maintenance work)
Handover the completed project.
Takeover new site from client.
Quality control & Estimating.
Purchasing material.
Consult and co-coordinating with Consultant Engineer.
To make sure all suppliers and sub contractors are available in the project.
Attending weekly meetings related to civil works.
Preparing the invoices and the working schedule program.
Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually and Annually program.
Preparing the additional proposal with detail drawing and design.
Submitting reports (daily, monthly & quarterly program).
Submitting inspection request and material submittal.
Preparing the Asset Survey Report.
Preparing Interim Valuation/ Invoice.

To observe and supervise all constructional works of the projects going on properly.
Making estimation and Bill of Quantity for all projects.
Consult with Consultant and Municipality Engineer. Coordinating with Consultant and Municipality Engineer.
To make sure all suppliers and sub contractors are available in due time.
Purchasing material.

Making requisition of materials, Purchasing of materials, Check sub-contractor's bill.
Preparing (project plane) and Implementing of all the constructional work.
