Currently working as senior project Engineer in ETS project for Emicool District cooling system at Dubai Expo 2020 .
worked as project team leader in the Preventive and corrective maintenance project for around 400 ETS for Emicool.
worked as senior project engineer in khorfakan Lagoon Project in sharjah
worked as project engineer in the upgradation of District Cooling plant project for Emicool.
worked as project Engineer for ETS control and instrumentation works for Emicool in DIP and Motorcity.
responsibilities include :
lead the team of maintenance as team leader.
plan for the corrective action in the project.
weekly meetings with clients and keep communications with clients/customers for providing better service.
perform any emergency works related to the maintenance project.
preparation of project plan, schedules and reports as per the customer requirements.
PLC Based automation Project in ETSs of District Cooling Field and Pump station.
Executing PLC Program Designing/ Modifying, Installing and testing.
Execute District Cooling ETS based Automation Process Control Instrument Installation, Commissioning and Testing.
Supervised and Executed Pump station based Site Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Transmitters, Sensors, Gauges and Actuators.
PLC Interfaced HMI Panel (Siemens Simatic KPT600, TP700) screen Designing, Installing and testing using Software Siemens WinCC and Siemens TIA Portal.
Carrying out the FAT procedures of the PLC Panel and preparation of the Test result Documentations.
Carryout Instrument Erection, Commissioning and testing .
Calibration and installation of Control Instruments, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitter, Flow Transmitters, Make : Rosemount, Honeywell .
Maintenance of Control instruments, PT, FT, DPT, LT;Make Rosemount, Honeywell.
Preparation of Sit.e Documents; Calibration Records, site survey, Maintenance reports.
Deliver Site Safety awareness
Acquired knowledge in Basic Industrial Instruments such as Pressure transmitter, Temperature transmitter, Level transmitter, and Flow transmitter etc, control valves. And also Calibration of different transmitter.
Acquired basic knowledge in 4 major brands of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, Allen Bradley and GE-Fanuc.
Interfacing experience in Wonderware Intouch and Intellution Fix, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA).
Screen Designing and controller interface in HMI.
Variable Frequency Drivers (VFD).
Schneider Electric Programmable Automation Controller (PAC).
